Graham Therapy and Fitness requires each patient and client various exercise equipment to be purchased and used within the home in order to achieve desired results. Exercise equipment is able to be purchased from the vendor of your choice. The following pictures demonstrate the exercise equipment needed for the physical therapy needs of each patient at Graham Therapy and Fitness.

Instructions on How to Make Your Own Bean Bag
You are able to make your own bean bag by using
-Snack Size plastic Bags
-1 Cup of Rice
-1 Bobby Sock or Tube Sock
Bean Bags made with fabric material on your own:
Bean Bags (estimated 4-6 needed per patient) (required for all patients)
o Fill: 1 cup of rice
o Width: 12 cm
o Length: 17 cm
o Material: thin cloth (similar to a top bed sheet)
Wedges (may or may not be needed for all patient’s, 1-2 are needed)
o Fill: 1/2 to 2/3 full of rice (the wedge should not be completely full)
o Width: 12 cm
o Length: 10.5 cm
o Height: 6.5 cm at highest point
o Material: strong material similar to vinyl
Only 1/2 of a foam roller is necessary.
2 Folding chairs are needed.
2 poles are required.
Poles are similar to dowel curtain rods. 1 ¼ " closet poles, 7-8 feet long Rubberized feet tips to place at ends, similar to crutch tips are also needed.
These are required and should be installed prior to the initial training session and/or during the 1-2 week training session. The shipping and installation may take weeks, so it is good to investigate the purchase and set up of equipment as soon as possible. Please follow manufacturer’s instructions for proper installation. The bars will need to be utilized immediately upon completion of the program. The bars can be purchased on-line from several vendors. Please enter the word “stall bars” into an internet search engine to find an example. Home-made or manufactured bars are required for all patients. Small Body Massage Yoga Ball
The dimensions of the small yoga ball are 7 inches.
3 sizes of stability balls are recommended and dimensions vary on size of patient/client. Most often utilized size includes 65 cm and 75 cm diameter stability balls.
Similar to a dog leash with a D or O ring at one end and a loop handle at the other will be needed.
Yoga Strap or leather work belt (you do not need both)
Yoga strap can be purchased from a sporting goods store or online.
Leather work belt could be purchased from a hardware store or online.
Mirrors (3 Mirrors are recommended)
Stool approximately: 15.75 inch length, 10 inch depth, 8 to 8.5 inches high (required for most patients)
